Strategic Engagement – Kelantan Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (KVSB) with Seascape Energy Asia plc

Following its courtesy visit with PETRONAS, on 13 October 2025 (21 Rabiulakhir 1447H), the KVSB core management team continued its strategic efforts with a meeting and working session with:
• Dr Pierre Eliet – Executive Director Corporate Development & Country Chair Malaysia, Seascape Energy Asia plc
• Haida Shenny Binti Hazri – Independent Non‑Executive Director, Seascape Energy Asia plc

Seascape Energy Asia plc is an Exploration & Production (E&P) company focused in Southeast Asia, including Malaysia, with operations in strategic blocks such as Block 2A and Temaris Cluster.

The session featured experience sharing from Seascape alongside KVSB’s presentation of intentions and mandate from the Kelantan State Government and Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kelantan (PMBK). Discussions centered on how KVSB can become more sustainable, progressive, and competitive, while stimulating the oil and gas industry off the Kelantan coast, in line with the State Government’s aspirations.

This meeting served as an initial introduction, and InsyaAllah, it will be followed by a series of subsequent sessions to deepen the strategic collaboration between KVSB and Seascape Energy Asia plc.
