Strategic Engagement – Kelantan Ventures Sdn. Bhd. with PMBK Subsidiaries & Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB)

On 1 October 2025 (8 Rabiulawal 1447H), Kelantan Ventures Sdn. Bhd. (KVSB) was invited alongside other subsidiaries of the Perbadanan Menteri Besar Kelantan (PMBK) to a strategic engagement session with Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) held at PMBK Headquarters, Kota Bharu.

The BDB delegation was led by Mr. Muhd Khidhir Izaidin, Chief Executive Officer of SG4 Group, representing the northern state strategic cooperation initiative (SG4). Bina Darulaman Berhad (BDB) is a state-owned conglomerate under the Kedah State Government, involved in property development, engineering & construction, quarry operations, infrastructure, and renewable energy.

The session explored various potential collaborations, investment partnerships, and new business opportunities between PMBK Group and BDB, focusing on high-impact sectors that could benefit both states and their people.

This engagement signifies another strategic leap forward in strengthening cooperation between Kelantan and Kedah, fostering sustainable and competitive regional economic growth.
